Class Minimums and Cancellation Policy

·         Two participant minimum per Group Sessions/Special Topics class. 

·         Sessions/classes that have fewer than 2 by 4 pm of the previous calendar day will be canceled.  

·         If the class is canceled, anyone with a reservation will be personally notified. 

·         All sessions/classes that have met minimum will be marked CONFIRMED and will accept reservations up to the start time provided that session/class is not full. 

Weather Cancellations

Snow, sleet, ice and deluges are scary to drive in, especially at night.  

If hazardous weather travel is anticipated, I will cancel and inform all those who have a reservation.  The decision will be made no any later than 2 hours before the start time -- in all likelihood, sooner.  Do contact me if you have not heard from me or have any question.

If I have not decided to cancel but you still feel uncomfortable about venturing out, contact me to cancel your reservation.  Let me know that you have chosen to stay home.  Don't make me worry.
