The Knitting Bureau is a fiber arts studio specializing in knit and crochet classes for all skill levels, newbie to experienced.
Students can chose from several different learning formats. Group sizes are limited in all formats. Reservations are required. Payment can by made by the session or by purchasing packages at discounted rates.
Knitters and crocheters attend Group Sessions to work on individually selected projects. The structure is like a one-room school house with all skill levels working side by side. Assistance in pattern selection and interpretation, yarn selection, skill development, corrections and problem solving are available.
Special Topic classes and KAL/CALs are offered regularly. In these sessions, everyone is working on the same skill/project.
Private and Duo Lessons are available by appointment at a mutually convenient day/time.
The Knitting Bureau is not a yarn shop. Limited yarns and notions are available in the "commissary" for students who find they need something during a class. If you are looking for yarn, go back to the home page and click on the Local Yarn Resources page.
